◎ 林央敏先生1955年生﹐嘉義縣太保鄉人﹐先後畢業於嘉義師專與輔仁大學中文系﹐屢屢榮膺頒海內外之文學大獎。近年來致力於台語文研究及台灣文學創作﹔出版著作有﹕【睡地圖的人】､【第一封信】､【惜別的海岸】､【大統領千秋】､【台語詩六家選】､【駛向台灣的航路】､【簡明台語字典新編】､【霧夜的燈塔】等。 
Mr. Lin Iong-Bin was born in Taipao Village, Chia-Yi Country 1955, graduated at Chia-Yi teachers college as well as Fu-Zen university faculty of Chinese literature, has frequently obtained lots of literature medals. He has been researching Taiwanese and literature creations, publications ; "Man sleeps on map", "First mail", "Goodbye harbor", "Story of leader", "Six album of Taiwan poem"; "Sail to Taiwan route"; "Simplified Taiwan dictionary", "Power in the foggy night". 
◎ 這首歌詞自87年秋天發表后﹐獲得自立晚報､台視､中廣合辦之『新時代歌曲』創作獎首獎﹐91年又獲得『金曲獎』最佳方言作詞人獎﹐歌手許景淳亦因此曲獲頒最佳女演唱人獎。這首歌詞先後由22位作曲家完成24種不同之曲式﹐在世界樂壇可能也是破天荒的記錄罷?! 
This song after released in fall 1998, has received champion prize from Independent Post, Taiwan Television, China Broadcasting named "New Time Song", 1991 also received best dialect composer prize in "Golden Song", the singer Kho Keng-Sun also received the best female singer prize, this song has been comprised of 24 melody by 22 composers, it might be treated as the first record ever made in world music forum!
